Mez Breeze crafts VR + AR, games, experimental storytelling, Virtual Reality Literature, and other genre-defying output. Her “Our Cupidity Coda” VR Project was a Finalist in both the 2018 EX Experimental New Media Art Awards and the 2018 Queensland Literary Awards (alongside another of Mez’s VR works, “A Place Called Ormalcy”). In May 2018, her VR Sculpture This Golden Stance was accepted for permanent display at the Museum of Other Realities. In April 2018, Mez partnered with MasterpieceVR, Microsoft, and Samsung for their “VR Influencers” Initiative where VR Artists were invited to design 3D models for a sustainable city. Mez currently serves as an Advisor to the Mixed Augmented Reality Art Research Organisation and her works reside in Collections as diverse as The World Bank, Cornell's Rose Goldsen Archive and the National Library of Australia. She is currently in the process of developing a comprehensive career archive with Duke University.
